In view of the enthusiastic success of our first Self-Defense training meeting last week, we are holding part two this Saturday. You needn't have attended Part One - we'll catch you up! 

Recent concerns have been raised about personal safety and violence, nowadays.  Joyce Parker (of Alana Women's Apparel) and Jesse Peterson are offering a FREE seminar on self-defense. A little knowledge goes a long way. This 2-hour presentation/demonstration is for both men and women. Jesse Peterson is a professional fitness trainer
