Here's a neat way to spice up a simple long sleeved shirt.  And a gorgeous scarf in sheer, sheer silk with colorful embroidery.

This shirt features soft ruching at one side and a bit of gathering at one shoulder.  It's also a great layering piece.  Then add a wide black belt and you've created a whole new look.
